Ira
AI that answers from your CRM, not from the internet.
Ira is not a sidebar chatbot. It reads your pipeline, drafts the next action, and helps your team execute with business context.
What Ira actually does
Three verbs, and the complete list under each. Ira is one assistant with access to your CRM — not a suite of AI features sold alongside it.
Ask
Reading your workspace and answering from it.
Questions answered from your records
Which deals have gone quiet, what is overdue on an account, what a customer's history is. Answers are built from the leads, deals and activities in your workspace, inside the permissions of whoever asked, and every record cited can be opened.
Finding the record you half-remember
Search across leads, deals and companies by meaning rather than by exact keyword, so a vague recollection of a conversation still finds the account it belongs to.
Draft
Writing something for you to review. Ira never sends.
Emails and WhatsApp messages
Ira composes the message against the record it belongs to and hands it back to you. It has no ability to send anything itself — that stays a decision a person makes.
The follow-up a deal is waiting on
Given a deal and its history, Ira drafts the next follow-up and the action behind it. You edit or discard it like any other draft.
Do
The only actions it can take, each permission-checked.
Four write actions, each permission-checked
Create a lead, create a task, schedule a meeting, assign a lead. That is the complete list. Each one runs under the permissions of the person who asked, so Ira cannot do anything they could not do themselves.
Usage you can see
Credit consumption, monthly usage and remaining quota are queryable, and AI activity is written to an audit trail — which matters when an assistant is reading customer records.
The same AI layer runs elsewhere in the workspace rather than being sold separately: Call Recording Intelligence reads an uploaded recording and Call Flagging AI checks the same transcript against your phrases; workflow steps can generate a summary or a suggested reply; a supplied meeting transcript can be summarised into action items; and open deals can be read for a win-probability view. One model layer, one set of records, one product.
Understand, decide, act
Three things an assistant has to do to be worth having in a CRM.
Understand
Ira reads the records in your workspace — leads, deals, contacts, companies and the activity on them — and answers from those, inside the same permissions as the person asking. Every record it cites can be opened.
Decide
Ask which deals are likely to slip, what has had no contact this week, or what a customer's history looks like, and the answer comes back with the records behind it rather than a confident guess.
Act
Ira drafts the follow-up, the reply or the task. Sending stays a decision a person makes — nothing goes to a customer without approval.
How Ira works
The parts that make it usable on real customer data.
Scoped to your workspace
Every request is resolved against your organization. Ira cannot read another workspace's records, and it does not widen the asking user's own access.
Answers stream as they are produced
Longer answers arrive progressively rather than after a blank wait.
Conversations are kept
Threads persist with their messages, so a line of questioning can be picked up later instead of restarted.
Reusable prompts
Prompt templates can be saved and versioned, so a question your team asks every week is asked the same way each time.
Metered and visible
Usage, monthly usage and remaining quota are all queryable, so credit consumption is something you can see rather than discover.
Auditable
AI activity is written to an audit trail, which matters when the assistant is reading customer records.
Where Ira sits in the product
Ira is not a separate tool with a copy of your data. It reads the same records the rest of the CRM writes: a lead captured from a website form, a deal that moved stage this morning, an email logged against a contact, a call that was transcribed an hour ago.
That is why the answers change as the work does. When Call Recording Intelligence writes a summary and a task onto a deal, those become part of what Ira answers from the next time somebody asks about it.
Common questions
What makes Ira different from a general AI chatbot?
Ira answers from the records in your workspace rather than from the open internet. Ask which deals have gone quiet and you get your deals, with the records it used available to open. A general chatbot has no access to your CRM and cannot cite it.
Can Ira see data it should not?
No. Requests are scoped to your organization, and Ira answers inside the same permissions as the person asking. It does not widen anyone's access, and it cannot read another workspace.
Does Ira send messages to customers?
No. Ira drafts follow-ups and replies and hands them back to you — it has no ability to send anything itself. Its write actions are limited to creating a lead, creating a task, scheduling a meeting and assigning a lead, each one governed by the permissions of the person asking. Call intelligence is the same: it writes CRM records and proposes work, and it never messages your customer.
How is Ira usage charged?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of Ira AI credits per user — 1,000 on Essential, 2,000 on Growth and 5,000 on AI Pro — and each additional user adds the same allowance. Usage and remaining quota are visible in the product. Top-up packs can be bought in Billing.
Can Ira analyse call recordings?
Yes, through Call Recording Intelligence. You upload a recording, it is transcribed, and the same AI layer reads it for the summary, intent, objections and commitments, then writes tasks to the deal. That capability has its own page.
