The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official way for a business to send and receive WhatsApp messages programmatically, rather than from a phone. It is what allows campaigns to a saved audience, chatbots that answer automatically, and a shared inbox several people can work at once. It requires a WhatsApp Business account and a number registered with Meta.

The WhatsApp Business API Lite is ₹499/month + GST per WhatsApp Business number, and the WhatsApp Business API is ₹999/month + GST, and the WhatsApp Business API + AI Optimisation is ₹1,499/month + GST. It is charged per WhatsApp Business number you connect, every month. WhatsApp messaging charges are billed separately based on Meta's applicable message rates. Insta AI 365 adds ₹0 markup to them.

The WhatsApp Business API on your own number, WhatsApp campaigns to saved audiences, approved message templates, a shared team inbox, contacts and audience segments, and WhatsApp chatbots and workflow automation — all managed from Insta AI 365. The WhatsApp Business API Lite is the exception: it covers the same messaging, inbox, templates and chatbots but does not include workflow automation and is capped at 3 WhatsApp chatbots, 100 tags, 1,000 message templates. Its card lists both.

No. Chatbots are built in the workflow builder and run on your connected WhatsApp Business number as part of the subscription, with no separate per-chatbot fee. The WhatsApp Business API Lite includes 3; the other plans are uncapped. Messages they send are charged by Meta at its applicable rates, like any other WhatsApp message.

It is the same WhatsApp Business API on the same terms — ₹1,499/month + GST per WhatsApp Business number — with the AI entitlement switched on: AI writes and refines your message templates, builds a campaign from a plain-language prompt, and assists the chatbots and workflows that answer for you. Everything in the WhatsApp Business API is included, and messaging charges are still billed separately by Meta.

Yes. Buy the WhatsApp Business API for your WhatsApp Business number and pay through Razorpay. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled, and a tax invoice is issued for each successful payment. Once payment is confirmed your workspace is set up, and you connect your own WhatsApp Business number from the CRM using Meta's Embedded Signup. Paying does not by itself connect or activate WhatsApp.

Each purchase covers one WhatsApp Business number, which is what a workspace connects today. If your business needs more than one number, contact sales and we will work out the right setup with you.

The platform side is a guided connection from Settings → Integrations using Meta's Embedded Signup. The parts that depend on Meta — number verification, business verification where Meta asks for it, and template approval — are reviewed by Meta on their own timeline, and we do not control or guarantee how long that takes.
